steirischer herbst is anxious to create a platform for an exchange between artists and the public, a space for questions and criticism. It is particularly important to us that as many different sections of the public as possible take part in this dialogue. In addition to the public events, we therefore also offer numerous programmes for special groups such as teachers, school students, trainees or clubs. Talks
Following selected stage productions we invite you to discussions with the ensemble. The performers and leading team will be happy to answer your questions together with Florian Malzacher, steirischer herbst’s head literary and artistic director. Of course, you are also very welcome to come even if you did not attend the performance that evening. Phone +43 316 81 60 70 for details on the exact time the performance is scheduled to end.

Dress rehearssals
We offer young visitors a special service for stage productions: school students may attend dress rehearsals for a special price of 3 euros. After the performances, Florian Malzacher, steirischer herbst’s head literary and artistic director, will be available for questions. Limited number of participants. Giuded exhibition tours
The round tour of the exhibit offers a varied programme of guided tours by the society KUNST.WERK. The tours, conceived as dialogues, give insight into the different exhibits of the festival and in addition provide the possibility of personal encounters with artists and curators. Participation is free as a service of steirischer herbst. Entrance fees, if applicable, are not included. No reservations necessary.
