Box offices
Box offices open one hour before the start of events at the venues. In the event of sold-out events, last-minute tickets will be sold fifteen minutes before the start of the event.

Reduced prices
Reduced admission for visitors up to the age of 25, students, unemployed, senior citizens, military/civil servants and members of Ö1-Club, Standard Club der Leser and Kleine Zeitung Vorteilsclub. A valid identity card must be presented. Proof of entitlement to reduced prices for tickets purchased online must be furnished at the venues. Not all reduced price categories may be available for co-operations. For some selected events there is no reduction available.
 
Hunger for art and culture
People with financial problems have just as much right to art and culture. “Hunger for art and culture” benefits everyone who wants to take part in cultural life but who cannot afford to, and is funded by donations made by visitors to steirischer herbst. Donations can be made at the advance ticket-offices and box offices. The collected donations will go to fund tickets that can be obtained free of charge if you present your Kulturpass, or “Culture Pass”.

Sign language translation
Selected events will be translated into sign language.

Inductive audio equipment
Selected events will provide a guide system (radio transmitter with inductive neck loop) for people with hearing disabilities. A hearing-aid (or CI) with integrated induction coil is required to use this guide system. Registration: Sabine Achleitner
